Goalkeeper Training
We offer high-level individual & small-group goalkeeper training sessions in the Charlotte area are designed to provide players with a holistic approach to development. Our program focuses on the technical, tactical, and mental sides of goalkeeper performance. Our staff is complete with experienced goalkeepers and coaches who have the knowledge and expertise to help you grow in the position. Individual sessions:
Individualized youth goalie training sessions geared towards improving in every facet of the game. Emphasis on ball skills, footwork, handling, positioning, angles, and distribution coupled with a focus on overall strength and balance. Each individual goalkeeper training session will be tailored to suit the specific needs of the goalkeeper to help them improve in certain areas while refining other areas. Goalkeepers will be challenged both physically and mentally to prepare them for every possible goalkeeping situation.
Private Small Group Sessions:
Within small group goalkeeper training, the emphasis will be on putting every goalkeeper through their paces in a highly competitive and learning environment. The small group youth goalkeeper session offers the opportunity to expand on many goalkeeping themes while also keeping the group at the perfect size for individual instruction. The emphasis is improving as a goalkeeping group while competing and learning from one another.
