Cancellation Policy
The Prime Focus Film Room operates on a scheduled submission system to manage review volume and ensure consistent turnaround times. By booking an analysis appointment, you agree to the following policy. 1. Purpose of Booking Booking an appointment does not represent a live session. The selected time slot: Reserves space in the Film Room review queue Confirms when your video will be submitted for analysis Allows Prime Focus Goalkeeping to manage workload and turnaround times fairly No live call, meeting, or real-time interaction occurs at the booked time. 2. Booking & Submission Process You will select a date and time on the Film Room calendar This time represents when your video must be submitted Videos must be uploaded or linked at or before the booked appointment time Failure to submit footage by the scheduled time may result in: Delayed analysis Placement at the back of the review queue Forfeiture of that booking slot without refund 3. Analysis Delivery Timeline Your personalized analysis video will be delivered within 3–5 business days of the booked appointment time Delivery is provided via email Business days exclude weekends and major holidays Priority turnaround applies to active membership holders but does not guarantee same-day delivery. 4. Rescheduling Policy Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed Missed bookings due to failure to submit footage on time are not eligible for rescheduling Repeated missed submissions may result in loss of booking privileges. 5. Late or Incomplete Submissions To ensure high-quality analysis: Videos exceeding the 2-minute limit will be rejected Poor-quality footage may require resubmission Analysis delivery timeline begins only after acceptable footage is received Prime Focus Goalkeeping reserves the right to request a revised submission if footage quality prevents meaningful review. 6. No Refunds for Missed or Misused Bookings Due to the personalized and scheduled nature of the service: All bookings are final No refunds or credits are issued for: Missed submission deadlines Incorrect uploads Failure to follow submission guidelines 7. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an analysis appointment, you acknowledge that: You understand the appointment is not a live session You are responsible for submitting your video on time Analysis delivery occurs within 3–5 business days after the booked time
