Cancellation Policy

The Mental Edge — Call Policies Cancellation: Cancellation must be submitted in writing to primefocusgk@gmail.com at least 1 day before the call. Verbal or social media requests are not accepted. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including for missed or unattended calls. If PFGK cancels a scheduled call, a makeup session or credit will be provided. Conduct: PFGK may remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe conduct, without refund. Parents are responsible for their athlete's conduct on calls. Not Mental Health Treatment: This call is mentorship, not therapy, counseling, or diagnosis. If a participant discloses a safety concern (self-harm, abuse, crisis), PFGK will promptly notify the parent/guardian and encourage contacting a licensed professional or emergency services. PFGK is not a crisis resource. Parental Consent: A parent/guardian must enroll on the athlete's behalf and consents to live group video calls with PFGK staff and other minors. Parents may request to join a call by emailing in advance. Privacy: PFGK collects information necessary to run the Program (contact, billing, and coaching-related information) and does not sell participant data. Information shared in calls is kept confidential except where disclosure is required for safety (see above) or by law. Families may request their data or its deletion by emailing PFGK.
